occlusion lighting

Sam Nielson did a really cool post on theartcenter.blogspot.com where he showed what his pieces look like when he paints the occlusion shadows by itself. I thought it looked really cool and I wanted to give it a try. the picture of the grumpy jedi is his, and the gnome is mine.
